Every effort will be made to provide you with a caliber of treatment and personal service that is unparalleled. If you have any questions, suggestions, or even criticisms, please speak up! Whether it’s the room temperature, volume of the music, or amount of massage pressure, your input is welcome. The following are some guidelines that will help enhance your visit.
How early should I arrive for my spa treatment?
To enjoy the full benefits of your spa experience, please arrive at least five minutes before your treatment. If you are a first-time guest you will be asked to fill out a confidential personal profile based on the service you are receiving.
You don’t have to entertain your therapist!
Silence can be golden, providing a relaxing, meditative atmosphere. If you feel like chatting please do so, or escape in silence.
Quiet Please
The spa is a sanctuary for the body, mind, and eardrums! Please help maintain a peaceful atmosphere by turning off your cell phone ringer before coming in to the spa.
What if I have a medical condition?
Before the start of your session, please bring to the therapist’s attention health concerns such as high blood pressure, heart conditions, allergies, pregnancy, injury, or any other condition that may prohibit a particular treatment from being performed.
Age Requirement
A parent or guardian must check in with clients younger than 16. A consent form is required prior to services being rendered.

By appointment only, Monday-Saturday.
Appointments
The spa will do its very best to accommodate any last minute appointments. However, it is suggested that you call in advance to ensure that you will receive your preferred time. Please note that your arrival time will determine the length of your session. Your service will end on time so that the next guest is not delayed. The treatment fee for treatment will remain the same, so don’t be late!
Cancellations
All will agree that time is our most valuable asset. If unable to keep your appointment, kindly give a six-hour notice. If you “no-show,” you will be charged $25 when scheduling your next appointment.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are as beautiful to give as they are to receive. They are available for any treatment and in any dollar amount.
Gratuities
Gratuity is discretionary. However, if you enjoyed your treatment, it is customary to tip your therapist or esthetician 15-20%.

Returned Checks
If your check is refused by the bank, a $15.00 service charge will apply.
